Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Boosted Earnings account and all of your data at any time.

Delete your account in the app

Open the Boosted Earnings app (or website) and sign in.
Open the menu, then go to Settings → Account.
Tap Delete account.
Type DELETE to confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.

Can't access the app? Request deletion

Email support@boostedearnings.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account." We verify it's you and permanently delete your account and data, typically within a few days and no later than 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

Your profile and login
All trips, earnings, and daily summaries
Goals, work sessions, and lifetime stats
Connected platforms (your Uber & Lyft connections are removed)
Referrals and any manually entered data

What we may keep, and for how long

We may retain a limited set of records we're legally required to keep, for example, billing or tax records, only for as long as the law requires, and we don't use them for anything else. Data in routine backups is purged on a rolling cycle within roughly 30 days.

About your subscription

Deleting your account cancels your Boosted Earnings subscription. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, also cancel the subscription in your Apple or Google account settings, since those subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple/Google.
